Parent involvement
We believe that preschool should be enjoyable for both parent/guardian and the child. For some families it means minimal participation, while for others it means being on the board, and volunteering in the classroom. We have two paid teachers to be in the classroom, so that parents do not need to be if they do not want to.
Ways you can contribute to the preschool.
- attend board meetings
-bring in snacks
-maintenance
-grant writing
-flyer distribution
-become a board member
-volunteer in the classroom
-sign up for work parties
-laundry
-deep cleaning the school
-leaf blowing the bike path
We also have an open door policy, if you want to see your child at any time you are welcome to. If you have a question or concern we encourage you to bring it to the board or the teachers attention. We are looking to partner with parents, to create the best possible experience for everyone.
